Working Elements

In order to remove an enlarged prostate gland, working elements are used which remove the tissue in strips using a loop electrode. TROKAMED working elements are light and, thanks to its ergonomic shape, also easier to handle. Both active and passive working elements are available. The systems can also be produced with titanium and stainless steel version!

Sheaths and Obturators

In order to operate with the lowest possible pressure and good vision, continuous flow resectoscope sheaths are used. These have an inner and outer sheath which ensures continuous suction and irregation, assisted by TUR pressure control.
