We use personal data for the purpose of operating the website www.trokamed.de as well as the conclusion of a contractual relationship between you and TROKAMED GmbH.

2. Collection of personal data when visiting our website and fulfilling our contractual obligations

2.5. Data to fulfil our contractual obligations
We process personal data that we need to fulfil our contractual obligations, such as name, address, e-mail address, ordered products, billing and payment data. The collection of this data is required for the conclusion of the contract. The deletion of the data takes place after expiration of the warranty periods and legally Retention periods. Any data associated with a user account (see below) will in any case be retained for the time this account is maintained. Content of the newsletter: We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter “newsletter”) only with the consent of the recipient or a legal permission.
